Response Preparation - Decontamination

Decontamination of affected personnel may include an initial gross decontamination of disrobing and a quick soap and water shower in cases of chemical or nuclear incidents.  Initial recognition of the signs, symptoms and multiple patients with similar symptoms or presenting physical complaints may be the sentinel necessary information of a WMD event.
